The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped through via UPS or FedEx Ground within THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS of ORDER.

Shipping and Handling:
We understand many people send items to other places than their billing address (ex have moved, gifts, business, etc) and we try to accomodate this in most situations. However, we enter all orders manually and reserve the right to require shipment to a "CONFIRMED ADDRESS", this means the delivery address must match the billing address of the credit card in use, on certain high dollar or high fraud items. We use published shipping cost plus a small handling fee and are at no time trying to make a profit off of shipping.
Most items are shipped from warehouses. We have taken great care in choosing to deal with 3 of the top distributors and you can be confident you will receive all products in great condition and in a timely manner.
Warranty/Returns:
All manufactures warranties are in full effect. If you receive the wrong item, please obtain a RMA number from us for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Any items over 30 days are to be returned directly to the manufacture for repair if defective. All returned units Must be Complete and in Factory Packaging. All units requiring Service, either Warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate Manufacturer.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Special Order and/or clearance items may not be returned unless damaged in shipping and we are notified within 72 hours (3 days).
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to returns and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%; please contact us for details.

normally ship items within a maximum of two weeks of receiving
your order. (In most cases, sooner.) In stock items are
shipped within two days after your order is received.
International Orders: All international orders
must be paid by Credit Card. Shipping and
handling on overseas items is normally billed at the actual
price, and no handling is charged. Specify how you prefer to
have your order shipped to you overseas. Many of our customers
order by FAX, which is the fastest way to get your order to
us! PLEASE CONTACT US FOR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE ORDERING
Availability:
We make every
effort to make sure that every item we offer is available.
Occasionally, an item may be unavailable for some reason
beyond our control. If this happens, we will offer you the
option of substituting an item of similar quality, or we will
refund your money to you.
Returns:
If you are not
satisfied with any item you receive from us, contact us for an
exchange or refund authorization at gripper@fabulouspetsupplies.com We make every effort to make
sure you are happy with your purchase. If you are returning an
item to us, send the package securely wrapped and prepaid.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FO R ITEMS RETURNED TO US FOR EXCHANGE
OR REFUNDS THAT ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING. We suggest
insuring these items for your protection. Shipping and
handling fees are not refundable.

incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may

Returns

Shipping & Returns
Our goal at AlumaDen is to provide a high quality product through
superior workmanship. We offer a 30 day return policy for products that
are defective or damaged during shipping. If a product needs returned
due to a defect, simply contact Fabulouspetsupplies.com by email and they will issue a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number,
you simply follow the included instructions and return the product.
When we receive the item we will repair or replace it and immediately
ship it back. All non warranty returns will include a full refund less
shipping and handling charges.
All Dog Dens please Allow 7-14 Buisness days for shipping
We do ship to Canada on a quote per order basis, most of the Dog Dens run around $65.00 to $ 75.00 per crate.
